RES-Q incorporates a phenomenally powerful communications package to let QualiTau's Technical Support department work on your MIRA or MIRA-Infinity system remotely. Once a RES-Q operation is underway, QualiTau experts dial directly into your MIRA system by modem and assume full responsibility - running diagnostics, checking your configurations, analyzing your data, just as if the entire team was at your lab.
You can monitor the progress of the QualiTau specialists, working along with them and communicating by voice or real-time E-Mail, or you can simply go to work on another project. RES-Q's multi-level security features do not allow anyone to access your system without your permission. The QualiTau team working on your system will upload and download files (encrypted, if necessary), run tests, even reboot the system. When they're finished, they'll log off independently.
RES-Q has other "hands-free" features - you can set it to wait for a pre-arranged call from QualiTau Technical Support, then "lock" it and let it run unattended. You can set it to automatically disconnect after a file transfer. All of these operations are conducted through intuitive menu-driven software, so no training is required.
Every RES-Q client receives a complete, pre-tested software package that includes a modem. You supply access to a phone line. QualiTau does the rest. Whenever you need immediate technical support from QualiTau, RES-Q will be there.
