Infinity SMU for On-The-Fly (OTF) NBTI testing The new Infinity OTF SMU utilizes new circuitry to provide high speed voltage setting and data conversion, both of which are required to make single point OTF measurements in less than 5ms. In addition the new SMU uses Qualitau’s patented Dual Channel SMU architecture which allows NBTI characterization to be performed with no discontinuity between the stress and monitor phase of the test, thus eliminating relaxation effects that are typically present in high capacity test systems.
