Infinity - Package & wafer-level TDDB & HC testing

QualiTau's Infinity testing system has a flexible modular architecture that enables easy upgrading from a few package or die test system to a high capacity test system and is available for package or wafer level testing.
The system can have up to 16 Source & Measurement Unit (SMU) cards and each SMU has up to 24 voltage sources for a total of 384 sources. A wide variety of SMU options are available to fit your requirements.

Power Supplies: The Infinity can be ordered with the customer's choice of power supplies for a 50, 90, or 150 Volt maximum testing capability.

The Oven Systems offered with the Infinity have the capability of operating at 250°C or 350°C and are offered in the Standard or Mini-Oven size. The Standard capacity oven holds 16 DUT boards with a total of 64 sockets, and the Mini-Oven holds 8 DUT boards with a total of 32 sockets. The sources from the Infinity can be routed to these sockets in a variety of ways to enable testing of up to 9 TDDB devices or up to 3 individual HC devices per socket. In any configuration, only the sources that will be used need to be routed to the socket.

Wafer level interfaces, both hardware and software, are available for either a massively parallel approach with QualiTau.s Multi-Site Probe System or for a few DUTs per site, with a stepping type approach using an automatic or semi-automatic prober.

Data acquisition rate: The Infinity system takes advantage of both serial and parallel measurement schemes. Each of the 16 SMU cards has QualiTau-designed circuitry for measuring each of the 24 sources on its card. Thus the system enjoys the "best of both worlds" by having high accuracy measurement systems and the ability to measure several of devices at the same time.

Other features: Similar to the MIRA, this system has SILC measurement capability, ZIF sockets, automatic calibration of sources, UPS (optional), dual computer design, full-color data analysis software, and fits into a 19-inch rack.
